(WGN) – The manager of a Chicago-area car dealership said a woman came into the facility on Thursday, took some keys when no one was looking, and took off with one of the cars.Mike Elsayed, the manager of Your Choice Auto Sales in Crestwood, said it all happened within a matter of minutes. SUV crashes into 7-Eleven store in Aurora where fatally shot man is found by vehicle An SUV crashed into a 7-Eleven store in Aurora, and responding officers found a man who had been shot. The victim died at the scene.The incident happened about 1 a.m. Saturday near 15550 East Mississippi Avenue, police said in a news release. A 911 caller told police an SUV had crashed and there was person suffering from a gunshot wound.Officers responded and found a man on the ground outside a black SUV. He died of an apparent gunshot wound, police said.The man’s name will be released by the Arapahoe County coroner’s cffice after family has been notified. A homicide investigation is ongoing. Police do not have initial information on a suspect in the shooting.Anyone with information on the incident or on a suspect is asked to call 720-913-7867.

Longtime UCLA play-by-play broadcaster dies at 74 Chris Roberts, whose was the voice of UCLA football and men's basketball for more than two decades, died Friday at his Glendora home. He was 74.Roberts, 74, had been battling Parkinson's disease in the years after his retirement following the 2014-15 basketball season.A fixture in Bruin athletics, Roberts first got the job as UCLA's play-by-play broadcaster in the fall of 1992, and in his final season, he tied the school's record for longest-tenured play-by-play broadcaster, which had been set by Fred Hessler.Before that, he was the play-by-play broadcaster for Long Beach State.Though he gained recognition as Chris Roberts, he was born Bob LaPeer in Alhambra.
